RECIPE - Makes 12 chips
INGREDIENTS:
12 tsp liquid egg whites
1 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Pour 1 tsp of egg whites into each cup of a silicone muffin pan. *If not using silicone, be sure to grease your pan well!
3. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese onto each one.
4. Bake for about 13 minutes or until til they are slightly browned and crispy.
