3 large boneless chicken breast or 6 thin chicken breast
2 cups Shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese
8oz softened cream cheese
6 Slices of cooked bacon
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
1 green onion sliced
1 tbsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1-2 tbsp chives
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
6thin chicken breast (If using thick chicken breast cut in half to make them thin)
Place chicken in 9x13 greased baking dish
Season with salt &pepper to taste
In large bowl, combine and mix sour cream, garlic powder, half the bacon, half the green onion, and half the shredded cheese
Spread mixture all over the chicken breast than top with rest of cheese
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal chicken temp reaches 165 degrees
Garnish with remaining bacon and chives
